WE TAKE BOOKINGS 30 CALENDAR DAYS IN ADVANCE

Due to some very overdue and necessary structural works Andrew Edmunds Restaurant will be closing for a few weeks from Friday 12th July. We will back open and raring to go from the end of August.
​
​In the meantime we will still be taking advance bookings for both Private Dining Rooms and we have just released more wine tastings for September and beyond.

RESTAURANT BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS
Our reservation lines are open from 10am to 6pm Monday to Friday and​ we take bookings 30 calendar days in advance.

Confirmation and Cancellation

Due to a number of no shows and the impact this is having on us as a small Restaurant,
we have no choice but to request credit card details for all reservations, however, no money is charged to your card at the time of booking.​
You would only incur a charge should you fail to turn up without notice or cancel your booking less than 6 hours prior to your reservation.
A cancellation fee of £25.00 per person will be taken from the card provided at the time of the booking.
If we are successful in reselling your table, no money will be charged to your card.
We accept Visa and Mastercard but not American Express.
If you have not confirmed your booking on the day, we reserve the right to release the reservation and resell the table.
Should you not arrive within 20 minutes of your booking time, the table may be released without further notice.

New Year's Eve and Valentine's Day Bookings
Credit card details required for all bookings.
Should you fail to turn up without notice or cancel your booking within 48 hours of your reservation, a cancellation fee of £50 per person will apply and will be charged on the card provided.

Table Allocation
Tables are always allocated on the day on a “first come first served” basis from the date when the booking is made and although we will do everything to allocate a table in your preferred area of the dining room, we cannot always guarantee this.
Tables are available for 2.5 hours, unless previously requested.

Allergies and Dietary Requirements
Please advise upon reservation of any allergies and dietary requirements to ensure we can accommodate your dietary needs.

Others
We are dog friendly and can accommodate small to medium size, well behaved dogs.
Please do mention when booking that you are planning to bring your dog along as not all our tables are suitable, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
We kindly ask you to keep your dog on the floor and avoid sitting them on chairs or benches.
Subject to a suitable table being available.​
